The Pieve

Ancient Romanesque church, the building has then undergone various uses over the centuries.

In the early days of its belonging to the castle, the building was used as a forge of blacksmiths, weapons and wrought iron workers, it was therefore the castle's armory.

Later, with the invention of gunpowder and the advent of firearms, the armory was adapted to new sensational discoveries. From the three holes made on the façade we see the mouths of the first gunners protrude.

Today the old Armory houses a small bar and a souvenir shop.
